MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES WILL RANGE FROM 25 TO 30 PERCENT
THIS AFTERNOON ACROSS MOST OF THE REGION. WESTERLY WINDS OF 15 TO
25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH THE DAY.
DESPITE RECENT RAINS, FINE FUELS COULD DRY OUT ENOUGH BY THIS
AFTERNOON TO CREATE AN ELEVATED RISK FOR FIRE SPREAD. DRIER
CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TOMORROW.
