Enhanced Fire Danger on April 28th

The National Weather Service at Mt. Holly NJ and the National Weather Service at New York NY have issued special weather statments for an enhanced risk of wildfire spread this afternoon (April 28th). Copied below. Yesterday, April 27th, there was a brush fire in Hunterdon County, NJ (Lebanon), see this report from the Hunterdon Democrat (with photos) for more information. As always, I expect that the brush/wildfire activity in New Jersey and environs that I am able to report on is perhaps one of several such brush/wildfires that I do not know about.

Stay safe everyone, and thanks to all in the NJ Forest Fire Service and their mutual aid partners for all you are doing to keep us safe.
